• Oversee weekly timesheet workflow and secure approvals
• Execute detail-oriented data entry for project financials
• Run and customize reports based on business needs
• Maintain clear documentation following style guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in production accounting or operations finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Projector or similar resource management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
