You'll act as a transformation driver for enterprise clients, integrating AI, SaaS, and BPO to redefine operational excellence. You'll own the full client lifecycle from insight identification to value co-creation, driving retention and upsell in a high-growth global startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct client needs analysis and problem structuring
• Design and lead implementation projects (project management)
• Drive account expansion through upsell and cross-sell
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients

📋 Requirements

• Experience in consulting or SIer with client-facing project management
• Experience in enterprise sales or BPO/outsourcing with complex deal management
• Ability to structure complex problems and drive solutions end-to-end
