In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's Forbes Global 2000 customers, ensuring they maximize value from their investment through best practices, technical guidance, and account planning. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive customer health, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for technical product
  • 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
  • Ability to act autonomously and make key decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team player
  • Fluent German language skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers, providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, designing custom remediation plans
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives
