Description

As the Analytics Lead for Marketplaces Strategy at Carvana, you will design and scale digital marketing and engagement across web, app, email, SMS, and push to drive buyer demand and retention in our B2B wholesale business. You'll work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, turning high-level business opportunities into actionable solutions that directly impact wholesale metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience using SQL and a visualization tool such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience at a high-growth or large-scale company.
  • Strong data skills and outcome-oriented decision making.
  • Excellent communication and project management across cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build automation in marketing channels to drive consumer demand.
  • Analyze large datasets in SQL/Python to monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define demand and retention strategy with product and operations leaders.
  • Run experiments and size/prioritize opportunities to improve metrics.
  • Share performance updates with leadership and stakeholders.
