💼 About This Role

You'll be the on-site therapist in a K–12 school, delivering trauma-informed care to students in under-resourced communities. You'll own your schedule, referrals, and coordination with educators. This role offers autonomy with support and predictable school-day hours to maximize impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual/group therapy using trauma-informed approaches
• Manage intake flow, scheduling, and teacher outreach
• Coordinate with educators and families while protecting confidentiality
• Track client outcomes and document timely, accurate notes

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Tennessee license or provisional (LCSW/LMSW, LPC-MHSP/LPC temp, LMFT)
• Successful background check prior to start
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and educational equity
