Your role translates business needs into actionable hiring strategies and manages full-cycle recruitment. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Translate business requirements into structured hiring plans.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews for tech roles.
- Provide market intelligence on tech talent trends and compensation.
📋 Requirements
- 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with tech focus.
- Experience hiring for Product Management, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and UX Design roles.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping).
- Strong understanding of tech compensation components and offer negotiations.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern ATS systems and hiring tools.
- Experience with direct sourcing from developer communities like GitHub, Dribbble, Kaggle.
- Ability to champion diversity hiring and build inclusive pipelines.
