You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics leaders to deliver high-impact hiring solutions. Your role translates business needs into actionable hiring strategies and manages full-cycle recruitment. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a world-class experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Translate business requirements into structured hiring plans.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews for tech roles.
  • Provide market intelligence on tech talent trends and compensation.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with tech focus.
  • Experience hiring for Product Management, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and UX Design roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping).
  • Strong understanding of tech compensation components and offer negotiations.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern ATS systems and hiring tools.
  • Experience with direct sourcing from developer communities like GitHub, Dribbble, Kaggle.
  • Ability to champion diversity hiring and build inclusive pipelines.
