Description

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure their cleanliness and appearance, coordinate with your team for timely deliveries, and deliver excellent customer service. This role offers performance-based pay progression from $17 to $18 per hour in your first year.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum vehicles regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Interact and communicate with team members and management
