You'll own Central's Payroll & HR business unit, driving retention and efficiency for a high-growth startup. Build scalable processes and lead customer escalations to deliver world-class service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own success of Payroll & HR business unit
• Build and optimize scalable operations processes
• Run migrations and activation for new customers
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting, banking, VC, or PE
• Strong project management background
• Metrics-driven leader with team development experience

• HR/Payroll/Tax exposure or certification (SHRM, CPP, EA)
