๐ผ About This Role
You'll own Brex's organic growth strategy across all channels from first discovery to qualified lead. You'll build an AI-native discoverability program and grow organic traffic and pipeline. You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing and hire a team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Set organic growth strategy and own roadmap, OKRs, and budget.
- Build Brex's AEO/GEO playbook for AI answer engines.
- Co-own technical SEO roadmap with web engineering.
- Run content strategy and production for organic.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
- 3+ years leading a team and owning strategy and budget at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
- Technical SEO depth: read crawl logs, diagnose Core Web Vitals, direct schema implementations.
- AI visibility fluency: experimented with citation strategies or measured share of voice in answer engines.
