๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own Brex's organic growth strategy across all channels from first discovery to qualified lead. You'll build an AI-native discoverability program and grow organic traffic and pipeline. You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing and hire a team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Set organic growth strategy and own roadmap, OKRs, and budget.
  • Build Brex's AEO/GEO playbook for AI answer engines.
  • Co-own technical SEO roadmap with web engineering.
  • Run content strategy and production for organic.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
  • 3+ years leading a team and owning strategy and budget at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
  • Technical SEO depth: read crawl logs, diagnose Core Web Vitals, direct schema implementations.
  • AI visibility fluency: experimented with citation strategies or measured share of voice in answer engines.

  • Understands retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
