You'll support Strategy Operations Managers in the CEO Office to translate strategy into action. You'll prepare materials for execution cadences, track priorities, and drive follow-ups to ensure decisions lead to outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with real impact in a global fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate strategy into priorities, ownership, and execution plans
• Prepare materials for priority reviews and QBRs
• Track progress against priorities, surfacing risks early
• Drive follow-ups to ensure decisions turn into action
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions

📋 Requirements

• Initial experience in business analysis or strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear outputs
• High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
