Description
You will lead the Water Dispatch team, ensuring seamless communication between field crews and stakeholders to keep Fort Worth's water and wastewater systems running. You'll manage service requests, monitor system alerts, and drive process improvements in a mission-driven public service environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of progressively responsible customer service experience in a dispatch or high-volume communications environment
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of TAC Chapter 18 and TUC Chapter 251 rules preferred
- Experience with work management software and dispatch systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead development and adherence to policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, monitor job performance, and coach staff
- Coordinate activities with other divisions, outside agencies, and the public
- Oversee implementation of new procedures and programs for Dispatch office
- Perform quality monitoring of work processes and execute performance evaluations
