💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the end-to-end clinician preboarding experience and systems training at the nation's leading virtual psychiatry practice. You will ensure clinicians are fully trained on technology, EMR, and workflows for a successful practice launch, while continuously improving the onboarding program for scalability and clinician confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own clinician and stakeholder participation in onboarding sessions.
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
• Ensure completion and compliance of training components.
• Oversee accurate setup of clinician provider profiles across platforms.
• Collaborate on training materials and site-specific documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5+ years experience in clinical onboarding or healthcare education.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote training.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with virtual care technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and operational resources.
