💼 About This Role

You'll provide leadership and governance across scheduling for large-scale, complex capital programs, including hyperscale data center projects. You will establish and enforce scheduling standards for the portfolio and integrate schedule performance with cost insights to inform leadership decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead portfolio-level construction scheduling and project controls across multiple data center projects.
• Establish, enforce, and improve scheduling standards and reporting cadence.
• Own portfolio schedule reporting and communicate health and risks to leadership.
• Integrate schedule and cost insights to highlight financial implications.
• Oversee and support regional scheduling teams and ensure alignment to standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls for large infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects.
• Primavera P6 proficiency or advanced scheduling certification.
• Experience establishing and enforcing scheduling standards across multi-project portfolios.
