You'll join the Global Marketplace Optimization team as a student analyst, working closely with R&D and Algo teams to optimize company performance through AB testing and in-depth data analysis. Your insights will directly shape marketplace algorithms and business decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work closely with teams to be the focal point for marketplace analytics
• Draw insights from data to support algorithmic and business decisions
• Create, support, and maintain big data reports and dashboards
• Monitor performance metrics and A/B tests for actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• Third-year student in a quantitative Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Data Science, CS, Statistics)
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience querying datasets
• Outstanding analytical and technical skills with proven projects
• Experience with data visualization tools
