You'll work with clients daily to implement our Whistle messaging platform and tailor it to their needs. You'll help properties enhance guest engagement and streamline communication. You'll join a close-knit, collaborative team focused on exceptional onboarding and customer success.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Facilitate client onboarding, training, and support via video, phone, email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across channels.
  • Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and product adoption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years hospitality experience in Front Desk or Revenue Manager role.
  • 3+ years SaaS experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Professional fluency in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms.
  • Project Management certification.
