You'll work with clients daily to implement our Whistle messaging platform and tailor it to their needs. You'll help properties enhance guest engagement and streamline communication. You'll join a close-knit, collaborative team focused on exceptional onboarding and customer success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Facilitate client onboarding, training, and support via video, phone, email.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across channels.
- Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and product adoption.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality experience in Front Desk or Revenue Manager role.
- 3+ years SaaS experience in a customer-facing role.
- Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
โจ Nice to Have
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
- Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms.
- Project Management certification.
