Business Development Lead/Manager, Launch

Description

You will capture government revenue by developing and executing proposal plans, managing key customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for Rocket Lab's Electron and Neutron launch vehicles. You'll work closely with technical teams and marketing to drive growth and maintain a strong presence in the space industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business discipline
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • 5-8+ years of aerospace industry experience
  • Familiarity with proposal development and business capture

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proposal plans including RFP analysis, outlines, and compliance matrices
  • Execute US Government Launch Services strategy, business development, and sales
  • Support proposal development and coordinate mission performance requirements with technical teams
  • Identify and capture new US Government customer accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date government satellite and launch market analysis
