You'll lead the Product Data Science function for Moloco Ads, partnering with senior leaders to drive analysis and insights that shape the product roadmap. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product health metrics for Moloco Ads end-to-end
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on large-scale datasets to extract signal from noise
• Design and execute experiments to inform product and algorithmic decisions
• Build causal frameworks to understand performance drivers and business tradeoffs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science or related quantitative fields
• 5+ years leading and scaling data science teams, including managing managers
• Expertise in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with data manipulation tools
