💼 About This Role

You'll act as an intelligence officer for Everpure's Global Talent Acquisition team, deconstructing competitive technical talent markets. You'll proactively source and engage passive candidates for AMER region roles, building top-of-funnel pipelines. This role offers the chance to reshape the data storage industry on a high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates for GSO roles in AMER region.
• Develop sourcing strategies using traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of research-focused experience (recruiting, market research, or investigative journalism).
• Proven sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to extract signal from noise.
• Excellent communication skills for outreach and engagement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Familiarity with technical talent landscapes in data storage or related fields.
• Ability to work across time zones in a distributed team.
