💼 About This Role

You'll join Anthropic's Corporate Legal team to manage entity administration and governance for a rapidly scaling AI company. You'll support board matters, corporate transactions, and cross-functional partners while building scalable processes. This role offers the chance to shape legal operations at a mission-driven AI safety company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage U.S. entity administration including formations and dissolutions.
• Maintain corporate records, minute books, and stock ledgers.
• Support board and shareholder governance and meeting materials.
• Assist with international entity maintenance and cross-border documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in corporate legal or law firm.
• Expertise in U.S. entity management and compliance.
• Experience with entity structuring and post-closing work.
• Ability to manage high volume with accuracy and independence.

✨ Nice to Have

• International entity management experience (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Experience at a venture-backed tech company with equity financings.
• Familiarity with entity management platforms like Diligent Entities.
