💼 About This Role

You'll join a clinical stage biotech team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of clinical trial data for central nervous system disorder therapies. Your work directly supports regulatory submissions and drug approval.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial data from study start-up to database lock.
• Develop data management, validation, and edit check plans.
• Oversee Medidata Rave EDC system setup and configuration.
• Perform data cleaning, discrepancy management, and reconciliation.
• Generate weekly data quality metrics and identify protocol deviations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in clinical data management in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency in Medidata Rave EDC system.
• Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with CDISC standards.
