You'll act as a strategic partner to existing customers, helping them uncover the full potential of our AI-powered insights platform. Your work will directly accelerate our footprint within established accounts, ensuring customers maximize ROI through expanded services and enterprise-grade integrations.
π― What You'll Do
- Execute full-cycle sales strategies to close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to map hierarchies and navigate new departments.
- Deliver consultative presentations aligning AI capabilities with customer needs.
- Manage complex deal cycles using MEDDPICC framework for accurate forecasting.
π Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS or professional services.
- Experience in account expansion or territory management in large organizations.
- Proficiency in sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
- Technical expertise in Salesforce and Gong for data-driven pipeline management.
