🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers on intake sessions and hiring strategy
• Build and maintain pipelines of top technical talent
• Integrate AI-driven tools into sourcing and screening workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and pipeline management
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fluent English required; LATAM-based preferred for US time-zone alignment
