π― What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers on intake sessions and hiring strategy
- Build and maintain pipelines of top technical talent
- Integrate AI-driven tools into sourcing and screening workflows
π Requirements
- 2β5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and pipeline management
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Fluent English required; LATAM-based preferred for US time-zone alignment
