You'll conduct in-home assessments and deliver personalized home modification recommendations for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Your work will directly enable safer, more independent living at home. This role offers flexible contracted hours and the support of a tech-first team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver personalized evidence-based home modification recommendations
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic system

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
