💼 About This Role

You'll deliver instructor-led enablement services to customers and partners, driving platform usage through foundational and use case training. You'll tailor learning experiences to diverse skill levels and collaborate with internal teams to develop deep expertise in Contentsquare's product suite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging live virtual, in-person, and recorded training sessions
• Customize training content to customer data sets and use cases
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for tailored programs
• Develop and update training documentation and materials

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in training consultancy
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills
• Experience defining training scope agreements
