Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide in-home evaluations and therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You'll develop treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families—all while helping clients remain independent at home.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Hawaii
• At least one year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluation, physician orders, and goals
• Revise care plans and participate in multidisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for independent living
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
