💼 About This Role

You'll drive innovation on an AI-powered Environmental Health and Safety platform, owning the product roadmap and collaborating with engineering teams. Your hands-on approach will deliver high-impact user stories and enable rapid prototyping in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery with engineering, writing user stories and managing backlog.
• Lead the AI platform roadmap in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
• Create prototypes and execute A/B tests to refine product ideas.
• Coordinate among engineering, product teams, and leadership for alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in agile environments.
• Proven experience working on AI products and taking features from concept to production.
• Experience managing complex multi-agent systems in a production context.
• Strong prototyping skills and comfort with modern AI-assisted tools.

• Experience with observability measures and tracking product performance post-launch.
• Familiarity with security, trust, and data governance in platform design.
• Experience working alongside domain PMs to validate platform capabilities.
