You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll step up to lead the sales floor and train new recruits, using your fandom knowledge to drive sales and maintain store operations. This part-time role offers a chance to grow within a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Support management in daily operations and meeting sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs like UPT and ADT.
