Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a fully remote telehealth setting. You'll conduct quality visits designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment, supported by a collaborative clinical team and user-friendly technology.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple states highly preferred)
• Prescriptive authority and national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through menopause and midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
• Conduct patient visits via telehealth, focusing on listening, education, and personalized treatment
• Order labs, prescribe medications and supplements, and provide referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and care coordinators
• Participate in weekly clinical education to stay current in women's midlife health
