You will be the primary point of contact post-sale, overseeing client discovery, account setup, training, and launch support. Your role involves driving customer satisfaction and product adoption by managing technical implementations and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Implementation, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
- Experience managing high-volume projects with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Vitally, or similar platforms
- Experience with simple API integrations, customizations, and SQL queries
Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and deploy Convoso SaaS products in client environments
- Train customers on effective dialer software use as administrators and agents
- Manage client timelines and expectations during implementation
- Coordinate handoffs between sales, customer success, and implementation teams
- Manage controlled soft launches and optimize based on client needs
