You will be the primary point of contact post-sale, overseeing client discovery, account setup, training, and launch support. Your role involves driving customer satisfaction and product adoption by managing technical implementations and ensuring seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Implementation, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
  • Experience managing high-volume projects with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Vitally, or similar platforms
  • Experience with simple API integrations, customizations, and SQL queries

Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, and deploy Convoso SaaS products in client environments
  • Train customers on effective dialer software use as administrators and agents
  • Manage client timelines and expectations during implementation
  • Coordinate handoffs between sales, customer success, and implementation teams
  • Manage controlled soft launches and optimize based on client needs
