You'll define and protect Bjak's corporate narrative across all external and internal channels. You'll oversee media relations, crisis communications, and CSR strategy to shape the company's reputation. You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape messaging for a fast-growing Southeast Asian digital platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee messaging strategy for all public-facing and internal channels.
• Lead external media relations and manage journalist relationships.
• Develop press releases, media kits, and executive talking points.
• Manage corporate reputation and crisis communications.
• Drive CSR and sustainability communication strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in PR, corporate communications, or external affairs.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage.
• Experience developing and executing crisis communication plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services.
• Served as company spokesperson or prepared executives for media interviews.
