💼 About This Role

You'll join Binance's affiliate team to manage a growing network of partners, collaborating with KOLs and internal teams to optimize promotional efforts. Your work will drive user acquisition and maximize ROI through data-driven campaigns. This role offers direct mentorship from experienced professionals in a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, and influencers for affiliate growth
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates
• Analyze affiliate performance data and optimize accounts
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust affiliate strategies

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
• Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus
• Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners
