💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sysadmin operations team at Larian Studios, supporting infrastructure for award-winning RPGs like Baldur's Gate 3. You'll manage IT systems, ticketing, and Office 365 while collaborating on the IT roadmap. This role offers the chance to shape infrastructure in a creative game development environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee IT ticketing and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage Office 365, Intune, and global IT infrastructure
• Mentor and train sysadmin team of 10+ engineers
• Drive infrastructure upgrades and migrations

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with ITSM and Windows systems management
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
• Experience with Intune, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian
• Demonstrated leadership of sysadmin teams and project ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Linux/OpenStack experience
• Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Multi-site engineer team management
