You'll drive client growth for data center BMS solutions by identifying opportunities and developing control strategies that improve efficiency and sustainability. You'll lead the full sales cycle, from site audits to deal closure, for a hybrid role based in Houston.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct site audits to identify BMS optimization opportunities.
- Develop and present solution proposals to decision-makers.
- Manage full sales cycle to achieve annual quota.
- Collaborate with engineers and utility providers for incentives.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of complex solution selling in building automation or data centers.
- Proven success closing BMS or automation projects of $5M+.
- Experience with OEM building control platforms and integration strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
