💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of production AI/ML systems for accounts payable automation, scaling LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines used by enterprise customers. You'll shape the AI roadmap and balance hands-on coding with team leadership. This role offers the rare chance to define the technical foundation of an AI-native enterprise platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of production AI/ML systems
• Own end-to-end AI roadmap including prioritization and trade-offs
• Build LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-step reasoning workflows
• Establish technical standards for model evaluation and observability
• Manage and grow a distributed team of 8-10 ML and Data engineers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in production AI systems including LLM agents and RAG
• Deep experience with ML frameworks like Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM ecosystems
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable ML systems with evaluation and observability

• Experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Background in managing training data pipelines and labeling workflows
