💼 About This Role

You'll own and advise on U.S. employment-based immigration and mobility activities at Agoda, a global travel platform. You'll ensure PERM compliance and manage non-immigrant visa cases end-to-end, directly impacting hiring and retention. This role offers the chance to shape immigration strategy for a diverse, multinational team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee U.S. right-to-work and Form I-9 compliance across locations
• Manage non-immigrant visa matters (H-1B, H-1A) filings and renewals
• Coordinate PERM recruitment and assess green card case progress
• Advise stakeholders on immigration eligibility and filing pathways

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive U.S. employment-based immigration experience
• Direct PERM experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of H-1B/H-1A processes and I-9 compliance
• Experience coordinating with recruiters on PERM recruitment tracking

• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday) or case-tracking tools
• Ability to present immigration risk to HR and Legal
