You'll be the architect of our enterprise security posture during a pivotal growth stage. Your primary mission is to build the team, processes, and technical controls to protect highly sensitive patient data. This role offers the opportunity to achieve HITRUST Certification and make security a competitive differentiator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement enterprise security program
• Own 12-24 month roadmap to HITRUST Certification
• Balance AppSec and SecOps with governance
• Manage HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Information Security
• HITRUST CSF or SOC2 Type II certification leadership
• HIPAA expert-level knowledge
• Experience in Series C+ growth environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 42 CFR Part 2 understanding
• AppSec and SecOps technical breadth
• CISSP, CISM, or CCSFP certification
