Description

You will lead a team of engineers to build and operate the Financial Data Warehouse and internal data products that serve as the single source of truth for Stripe's business performance. Your work will directly empower critical financial decisions and strategies across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale, distributed systems
• Experience building infrastructure/tools empowering developers to deliver business value
• Proven track record of leading strong technical teams
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Manage technical leadership, execution, and roadmap for the Business Insights team
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders and partner engineering teams
• Define product strategy and user experience with engineering, product, and business leadership
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes for team effectiveness
• Mentor and support the growth of engineers at different levels
