In this freelance role, you'll align IXL's science content to state standards and curriculum documents, collaborating with curriculum designers and ensuring accurate alignments for educators worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.)
• 1+ years aligning content to state standards
• Strong knowledge of K-12 science content and terminology
• Teaching experience in K-5 science
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Responsibilities

• Interpret state educational standards and curriculum documents
• Identify IXL skills that best meet standard or textbook goals
• Format alignments as Google spreadsheets
• Assist in researching state and international standards
• Collaborate with curriculum designers on alignments
