💼 About This Role

You'll operate as a senior partner to leadership, safeguarding performance standards and employment governance at a fast-growing AI legal tech company. You will manage complex employee relations and ensure scalable governance as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and terminations.
• Partner with leaders on performance standards and calibration.
• Advise on labor law and employment risk across jurisdictions.
• Strengthen scalable ER and governance processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or labor law.
• Experience managing complex and sensitive matters independently.
• Comfortable navigating employment law across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with performance processes, investigations, and restructurings.
