Description

You will own and drive technical initiatives across mobile, web, and API layers, shaping architecture and mentoring your teammates. You'll build and maintain production systems using TypeScript, React Native, React, NestJS, gRPC, and PostgreSQL, partnering directly with product and design to make scope and sequencing decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership
• Deep full-stack fluency across React, React Native, and Node.js/NestJS
• Strong data modeling instincts and experience with service-oriented architectures
• Comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills
• Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and PostgreSQL (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical initiatives across mobile, web, and API layers
• Make architectural decisions and document service boundaries, data modeling, and API contracts
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pairing, code review, and design discussions
• Establish coding standards and testing strategies
• Build and maintain production systems with TypeScript across the full stack
