• Design and implement scalable backend services using Go and C++
• Build critical systems for metadata, authentication, and access control
• Optimize for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical direction

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems using Go, C++, or similar
• Strong understanding of performance and fault tolerance in production
• Familiarity with API design and observability practices
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly
