🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead content measurement frameworks and define north-star KPIs.
• Build certified, reusable data assets in Databricks.
• Quantify title-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Own and evolve attribution user-journey insights.
• Drive experimentation and presentation measurement.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in content, product, or streaming analytics.
• Expert SQL and strong Python/PySpark skills.
• Experience with large-scale viewership, subscription, or payments datasets.
• Strong experimentation and causal inference skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain expertise in streaming/content analytics.
• Fluency with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience mentoring analysts.
