Description

As a Senior Product Manager on the Security team, you will build a vision for best-in-class data security features and partner with engineering to execute the roadmap. Your work will deepen customer trust and position security as a market differentiator for MongoDB in enterprise and regulated industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management or equivalent experience in enterprise security or platforms
• Experience working with security-focused engineers
• Domain expertise in data security
• Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP

Responsibilities

• Build vision for data security features (Resource Policies, Secure by Default, etc.)
• Partner with engineering to develop prioritized product roadmap and backlog
• Understand business aspects to ensure alignment with product, customer, and company goals
• Deepen understanding of evolving threats and data security technologies
• Define and implement KPIs and success metrics for security initiatives
