You'll lead the data quality lifecycle for the 2K Data ecosystem, ensuring game telemetry and analytics pipelines are accurate and reliable. You'll define the strategy for automated validation and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-trust data solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management to make a direct impact on global decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports
• Define and drive company-wide data quality strategy and standards
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks for data observability
• Oversee automated data validation and anomaly detection systems
• Partner with game developers to ensure accurate telemetry instrumentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Extensive experience in data engineering or data quality in a management capacity
• Expert-level SQL skills with large-scale event-driven data
• Proficiency with data pipeline tools like Airflow, dbt, or Spark

• Experience in the gaming industry or high-volume live-service environments
• Familiarity with data observability tools like Great Expectations or Monte Carlo
