💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Customer Success team to own client-facing analytics and deliver best-in-class reporting using Looker, SQL, and Python. You'll proactively uncover trends and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and enhance deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain client-facing Looker dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Customer Success to translate client needs into analytics.
• Write complex SQL queries across Redshift, Aurora, and Athena.
• Develop Python scripts for data wrangling and automated reporting.
• Proactively explore data to surface trends and actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analyst or BI-focused role.
• Deep expertise in Looker and LookML modeling.
• Expert-level SQL with complex joins and performance tuning.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Copilot.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift preferred).
• Experience delivering client QBRs or executive dashboards.
