• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work

• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecasting with weekly pipeline reviews
• Localize national strategy into regional execution plans

📋 Requirements

• Frontline sales leadership experience with field sales reps
• Hands-on, field-first mindset with ~60% travel comfort
• Expertise in sales process like consultative or challenger sales
• Pipeline, Salesforce, and forecasting discipline with CRM hygiene
