Description

You will lead 10x Genomics' global Accounting organization, driving efficiency and business insight by leveraging technology to build a world-class, automated operation. You'll oversee technical accounting, financial compliance, external reporting, and global transaction processing, transforming the month-end close into a streamlined, optimized process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role within a high-growth, technology-driven public company (SEC/SOX).
• CPA or equivalent preferred; deep proficiency in US GAAP.
• Ability to translate complex technical standards into automated system logic.
• Proven track record of migrating manual accounting environments to automated operations.
• Experience with global manufacturing and complex supply chains.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the external audit process and SEC reporting.
• Build and mentor a world-class accounting team.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and integration of ERP enhancements and automation tools.
• Design and implement lean, scalable workflows across global general ledger, payroll, and transaction accounting.
• Transform compliance framework from manual testing to automated continuous monitoring.
• Partner with CFO and business leaders to define and automate tracking of key financial health metrics.
