Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a telehealth platform. You'll conduct quality visits designed to allow time for listening, education, and personalized treatment, supported by collaborative clinicians and operational assistance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions via telehealth
• Conduct quality visits focused on listening, education, and individualized treatment
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals through the platform
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders to support patient outcomes
