You'll own the day-to-day workplace experience for Synthesia's London office, ensuring it runs seamlessly and supports our people and culture. You'll proactively identify and implement improvements to create a welcoming, efficient environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage front-of-house operations and visitor experience
• Oversee daily office operations and workplace experience
• Build and manage vendor and building management relationships
• Own Health & Safety and Fire Risk Management

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in workplace or office management
• Experience with Google Workplace, Notion, and Slack
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in London
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
