🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 6-8 software engineers, supporting their growth
• Collaborate with product management on roadmapping and planning
• Lead engineering processes like planning, retrospectives, and release management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for clinical trials

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a hands-on software engineer
• 2+ years as a line manager of software engineers
• Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software
• Thrives in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a regulated environment (health tech or fintech)
• Experience with AI development tooling or AI-enabled products
